Characterization of RNA in Extracellular Vesicles

چکیده

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are important players in the communication between different kinds of cells by delivering their content, consisting types RNA, proteins, bioactive lipids, or signaling nucleotides, into target cells. Several EVs distinguished: (1) exosomes with sizes from 30 to 150 nm originate endosomal pathway and form intracellular multivesicular bodies (MVBs), which fuse plasma membrane before secretion. (2) ranging 100 1000 diameter formed during cell surface budding. (3) Apoptotic diameters 500 2000 released blebbing apoptotic It is well established that various RNA molecules such as coding RNAs noncoding (long RNAs, microRNAs, circular rRNAs) present amounts depending on type origin EV. Here we will give an overview methods isolate quantify characterize species.

Isolation and characterization of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii extracellular vesicles

Introduction: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contain active biological compounds which play important roles in biological processes. The secretion of EVs is a common phenomenon which occurs in archaea, bacteria and mammalian cells. The secretion of bacterial EVs has been discovered in various species of both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Faecalibacterium prausnitzii is one of the comm...

Alternative Methods for Characterization of Extracellular Vesicles

Extracellular vesicles (ECVs) are nano-sized vesicles released by all cells in vitro as well as in vivo. Their role has been implicated mainly in cell-cell communication, but also in disease biomarkers and more recently in gene delivery. They represent a snapshot of the cell status at the moment of release and carry bioreactive macromolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids. A major...

Extracellular Vesicles in Regenerative Medicine, a Brief Review

Extracellular vesicles were initially known as cellular waste carriers, while recent studies demonstrate that extracellular vesicles play important biological roles in all aspects of life-from single cells to mammalians. Their pathophysiological roles in some diseases like cancer are being decoded. Extracellular vesicles are divided into some classes and there are different strategies to isolat...
